The Magnolia Residences’ third tower begins construction

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Residences’ landmark condominium complex in upscale New Manila, Quezon City, the four-tower Magnolia Residences, is well on its way to completing and delivering on its vision of city living done right, on time and on schedule.

Construction has commenced on the third building to rise, Tower C, with its recent first concrete pouring along with work on the connected podium level of adjacent Tower D.

Engineer Emmanel G. Arce, vice president for project management of Robinsons Land, led officials of the company and its construction partners in the ceremony onsite. The 38-storey Tower C and podium of the 36-storey Tower D are scheduled for completion in 2017.
